Step 1Download and print out the templates provided. We have provided 2 versions of the template. One is for a matte finish, the other for a shiny finish keyring.
Step 2Place the shrink film, shiny side down, on top of your chosen template. Trace around your chosen design and colour in using coloured pencils for best results.
Step 3Preheat your oven to 175°C. Adult supervision is recommended when using an oven.
Step 4Cut out your keyring design. Don’t forget to use a hole punch to create a hole for the key chain! Place your shrink film flat onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake according to the instructions included in your shrink film pack.
Step 5Once cool, remove the keyring designs from the tray and attach the keyring and chain. Use pliers to open the bottom link of the chain, then thread through the hole in the keyring design. Carefully close the chain link to ensure the keyring is attached.
Step 6Your DAD Shrink Plastic Keyrings are now ready to gift!
