Get your class to decorate your tree with paint and decorations, or even photos to celebrate your students and promote a sense of being & belonging amongst your class.

  • Step 1Assemble your tree before decorating for easy construction. For permanent assembly you will need to glue the pieces together.
  • Step 2Paint your belonging tree and its accessories with bright colours. Allow to dry.
  • Step 3Cut strips of green crepe and cellophane to create foliage
  • Step 4Decorate your tree with the foliage.
  • Step 5Cut lengths of twine and thread them through the pre-cut holes in your tree accessories, tie to secure.
  • Step 6Decorate your tree with the accessories. You could even decorate your tree by hanging photos from the branches!
