Step 1Flatten one end of a cardboard roll and use a stapler to staple the two sides together. This end will be the bottom of your gift bag. Paint the cardboard roll in the colour of your choice with acrylic paint. Allow to dry.
Step 2Print and cut out the templates provided. Trace these onto orange cardboard and carefully cut out. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Glue the Beak template piece to the front of the cardboard roll and add self-adhesive wiggle eyes to create the face. Allow to dry.
Step 3Attach the rest of the template pieces to the cardboard roll as shown. Glue the Feet to the stapled end of the roll, the Wings to the back and the Comb at the top. Allow to dry.
Step 4Glue one end of the handle to the inside of the top right side of the roll. Bend the handle and attach to the other side. Allow to dry.
Step 5Your Chick Gift Bag is now ready to fill with Easter treats and gift to someone special!
