Important notice: The impact of rising fuel costs
As a result of the Middle East conflict, like all suppliers across Australia, we are experiencing a sharp increase in fuel-related freight costs. We have recently been advised by our freight partners that fuel surcharges applied to deliveries will now be adjusted more frequently and will increase by as much as 50% from 1 April.
We have worked hard to absorb these increases where possible. However, given the scale and speed of the changes, we have found it necessary to introduce a temporary freight surcharge to help offset rising delivery costs. We are currently working with our freight partners to confirm the timing and rate of the surcharge and expect to have clarity in the next few days.
We understand that schools and early learning centres are also facing cost pressures. Our focus is on managing these changes as carefully as possible while continuing to deliver the reliable service you depend on.
Any surcharge introduced will be aligned with actual freight cost increases, reviewed regularly, and removed as soon as fuel prices stabilise.
We will keep you informed of any changes and will always aim to provide as much notice as possible.
Standard Freight
Our 2026 freight charges will apply as follows:

Additional freight charges may apply for bulky, heavy, oversized, specialised services, onforwarding and/or regional or remote surcharges. These charges are applied by our courier and are unfortunately out of our control.
Orders to residential addresses are shipped with Authority To Leave for our courier. This means if no one is available to sign for your order, your items will be left at your address. We recommend using a delivery address such as a work, school or business address to ensure a smooth delivery. Orders are unable to be redirected once shipped and re-delivery fees to the same address may apply in certain scenarios.
Please note that drivers may be unable to call or send a text message you prior to order delivery.
Shipping Times
With the exception of personalised items, we generally ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
This timeframe is subject to change during peak periods so please let us know in your delivery instructions if your order is urgent.
We've provided the below map to be used as a guide for our standard freight delivery times in business days once the order has left our warehouse.
Standard Freight - Post Office, PO Box and Australia Post services
As our standard freight service is via courier, we are unable to deliver orders to Australia Post services including:
- Post Offices (this includes taking items to Post Offices if you are not home)
- Post Office (PO) Boxes
- Australia Post Parcel Lockers
- Locked Bags
- Private Mail Bags
- Roadside Mail Boxes
If you require your order to be shipped via Australia Post instead of our standard courier, please contact us.
Authority To Leave (ATL)
As our orders are shipped with a courier, you may choose to nominate a safe place at your address the driver can leave your order. If no delivery instructions are left, the driver may choose to leave your order at your address without a signature. If you do require a signature upon delivery of your order, be sure to enter this in your delivery instructions when placing your order.
Pick Up Orders
If you would like to pick your order up from our warehouse, please call us on 1300 836 522 to place your order. Pick up orders must be placed in advance.
