  • To add a chunky scarf, cut several lengths of green yarn. Tie together at one end, and braid the yarn. Tie at the other end and secure around your angel’s neck with glue.
  • Step 1Paint a white base coat on your house and then set aside to dry.
  • Step 2Paint your house in a nice bright colour and then set aside to dry.
  • Step 3Cut up shapes out of craft paper to add colour and pattern to your house. We used craft paper to highlight the windows and gables. Attach with glue.
  • Step 4Use collage materials to add decorations to your house. We used chenille stems, baker’s twine and a Santa made from adhesive foam and cotton balls. Attach with glue.
  • Step 5Other collage materials you could like to use might include buttons, ribbon and glitter.
  • Once you’ve finished your houses, you can mix and match different roofs to create different looks.
