Step 1Carefully cut up pieces of red, light green and dark green felt into small squares, approximately 3 x 3cm.
Step 2Varying the size of the squares slightly adds interest so don’t worry about measuring too carefully before you cut. You will need roughly a hundred squares per wreath.
Step 3Cut a piece of wire, approximately 35cm long and bend it into a circle.
Step 4Cut small slits in the middle of every felt square.
Step 5Thread the squares onto the wire in no particular order until the wreath is completely decorated. Look to our design for inspiration or come up with your own.
Step 6To finish, twist the ends of the wire together and squeeze them tightly using pliers.
Step 7Cut a piece of ribbon, about 15cm long and tie it around the top of your wreath.
