Paper Reindeer Decoration

Create a fun Reindeer Decoration to decorate any Christmas Tree!
  • Step 1 Download and print out the FREE templates provided for this activity.
  • Step 2 Cut out the template pieces on pages 1 and 2. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
  • Step 3 Colour in each piece of the template. Make sure to colour both sides of the long rectangular strips.
  • Step 4 Fold each rectangle strip in half lengthwise, then unfold. Use a glue stick to attach one strip on top of each other in the centre, starting with a ‘+’ layer and then a ‘x’ layer, making sure the fold of each strip is aligned in the centre. Allow to dry.
  • Step 5 Place glue on the end of each strip and carefully gather into the centre. Glue each end on top of the next. This will create the bauble shape. Allow to dry.
  • Step 6 Glue a piece of yarn to the top of the bauble to create a hanger
  • Step 7 Glue the larger set of reindeer legs to the back of your bauble. Glue the smaller set of legs to the front of the bauble towards the bottom. Finally, glue the reindeer’s head to the front, top of the bauble.
  • Step 8 Your Paper Reindeer Decoration is now ready to hang on your Christmas Tree!
