- Step 1Begin by giving your Wooden Shapes a coat of white paint on both sides. Allow to dry. This is not essential but provides a good base for painting.
- Step 2Paint your shapes with bright colours. Allow to dry, then paint the other side. Allow to dry.
- Step 3Decorate your shapes with wiggle eyes, pom poms, markers and glitter glue to give them personality.
- Step 4Cross two paper straws, secure in the middle with glue and then tie a piece of jute twine around the centre. This is where the mobile will hang.
- Step 5Cut four pieces of jute twine at varying lengths and attach to each of your decorated shapes using glue. Be sure to check the shape hangs balanced.
- Step 6Attach an Easter shape to the end of each paper straw making sure you balance the mobile before permanently securing. Tie to secure.
