Step 1Choose two or three scratch board shapes that you would like to add to your frame. Position them however you like on the front of the frame. Use a pencil to trace around your chosen shapes, then move the shapes to the side. Sketch out a design on the front of the frame, around the traced lines.
Step 2Decorate your frame using your chosen materials. We have used paint markers, but you could use coloured markers if you prefer. Allow to dry if needed.
Step 3Use a scratch board tool to decorate your chosen scratch board shapes.
Step 4Lay the frame out flat and glue the scratch board shapes in place on the front of the frame. Print a photo for your frame, then glue it in place behind the window of the frame. Allow to dry.
Step 5Mountain fold along the scored lines of the cardboard frame and assemble it, gluing the base of the frame together. Allow to dry. Your Cardboard Frame with Scratch Shapes is now ready to gift to someone special!
