Father's Day Bauble with Puzzle

Create an interactive card for Dad this Father’s Day! Design a lovely message on a Jigdraw, then hide the pieces inside a decorated bauble for a gift that keeps on giving!
  • Step 1Use a pencil to sketch your design onto an assembled Jigdraw. You may wish to copy our design, or you could come up with your own.
  • Sketch your design onto scrap paper first to work out exactly what you want!
  • Step 2Use POSCA Paint Markers to colour in your design. Allow to dry.
  • Step 3Squeeze glitter glue onto the inside of each half of the Construct a Bauble and spread evenly onto the surface with a paint brush. You may need 2 coats depending on the effect you’re after. Allow to dry between coats.
  • Don’t forget to wash your brush out thoroughly after using with glue to avoid the bristles hardening and sticking together.
  • Step 4Use POSCA Paint Markers to decorate the outside of the bauble. Allow to dry. Break up the Jigdraw and place the pieces inside your bauble.
  • Step 5Place the 2 pieces of the bauble together. Use raffia and a tinsel chenille stem to add a big bow to the top of the bauble to keep it closed.
  • Step 6Your Bauble and Puzzle Card is now ready to give to Dad!
