Pop Up Father's Day Card

Make a fun pop up card for someone special this Father’s Day!
  • Step 1Download and print out the template provided onto white cardboard. We recommend printing on cardboard to give a strong base for constructing your card.
  • Step 2Decorate the card and your chosen message for the inside. We have provided options for DAD, POP or I <3 U. You could even create your own message! Cut out the letter pieces and set aside for now. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
  • Step 3Cut around the grey outline of the card. Fold the card in half along the dotted line. Cut along the solid grey lines from the folded edge. Open the card and then push each of the cut sections inwards into the card, folding along the dotted lines so the tabs sit flat inside the card.
  • CleverTip: Score along the dotted lines using an open pair of scissors and a ruler before folding to make this step easier!
  • Step 4Glue one piece of your chosen message to the front of each folded tab. Ensure that the letters stand up and can be read when the card is open, and the bottom of each piece is aligned with the bottom crease of the tab. Allow to dry.
  • Step 5Write a message in the card for your loved one. Your Pop Up Father’s Day Card is now ready to gift!
