Step 1Download and print out the template provided. We recommend you print on cover paper as this will provide a great surface for decorating.
Step 2Colour in the template using your favourite craft materials. You could use pencils, markers or crayons. You can even add a touch of sparkle with glitter glue! Allow to dry if needed.
Step 3Cut out the three pieces on the template. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
Step 4Valley fold along the two dotted lines closest to the centre of the long template piece, making sure the design is facing up. Open back out.
Step 5Mountain fold along the two dotted lines on the outer of the long template piece, then open back out.
Step 6Place glue on the middle semi-circles of the sunflower template pieces. Attach one to the back of each semi-circle face on the long template piece, making sure to align with the mountain folded dotted line. Allow to dry.
Step 7Using the folds made earlier, fold the sunflower sections back to the centre to close the card. Don’t forget to write an extra special message inside the flaps or on the back of the card. Your card is now ready to give to someone special this Mother’s Day!
