Feelings Wheel

Get in touch with your feelings and communicate with others about how you feel at a particular time with your very own Feelings Wheel. A great tool for learning about emotions and approaching topics such as ‘R U OK?’ Day.

  • Step 1Download and print the template provided onto cover paper, as this provides the best results for decorating and constructing your wheel.
  • Step 2Decorate the template with markers or pencils. Draw a face on each section on the wheel to represent the emotion underneath. There’s even a blank section to draw another emotion of your choice! Write your name in the space provided.
  • Step 3Cut out around the two wheels on the template. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors.
  • Step 4Lay the wheels on top of each other design side up, making sure the wheel with your name is on top. Push a paper fastener through the middle of both wheels and secure.
  • Step 5Your Feelings Wheel is now ready to use! Rotate your wheel to reveal how you are feeling at a particular time.
