Policeman & Hippy Cardboard Dolls

Step 1Paint your character with a skin tone colour. Allow to dry.
Step 2Use coloured paper and felt to create clothes for your character. Trace the shape of your character to create a template. Carefully cut out the clothes. Attach with glue.
If you are using self-adhesive felt, simply peel the paper backing from the felt to reveal the adhesive surface. Press to the cardboard to attach.
Step 4To create long hair, cut about 10 lengths of yarn. Tie the bundle of yarn in the middle with yarn and place on your characters head. Attach with glue.
Step 5Use coloured paper and felt to create accessories like a hat, headband, belt or tie. Attach with glue.
Step 6Use CleverGlitz to add a touch of sparkle to your character. Allow to dry.
Step 7Attach wiggle eyes to your character’s face with glue. Allow to dry.
Step 8Create a mouth for your character from felt. Carefully cut out a mouth shape, peel the paper backing from the felt to reveal the adhesive and press to the cardboard to secure.
