Pop Up Grandparents Card

Celebrate your Grandparents and all the love and support they show you with this customisable Pop Up Grandparents Card!
  • Step 1Print out the template provided onto white cardboard. We recommend printing on cardboard as this provides a strong base for constructing your card.
  • Step 2Decorate the card template piece and your chosen elements for inside the card. The circle and semi-circle templates are provided to be used as hair, or you can create your own pieces with cardboard. Cut out your decorated pieces and attach the hair with glue. Allow to dry.
  • Step 3Cut around the solid grey outline of the card. Adult supervision is recommended when using scissors. Fold the card in half along the dotted line. Cut along the solid grey lines from the folded edge. Open the card then push each of the cut sections inwards into the card, folding along the dotted lines so the tabs sit flat inside the card.
  • Step 4Open the card and glue the plaque to the instead back panel of the card. Glue two of your chosen elements to the front of each folded tab inside the card. Ensure that the elements stand up and can be seen when the card is open, and the bottom of each piece is aligned with the bottom crease of the tab. Allow to dry.
  • Step 5Write a message in the card for your loved one. Decorate the front of the card however you wish. You may like to glue some of the hearts to the card as well. Allow to dry.
  • Step 6Your Pop Up Grandparents Card is now ready to gift!
