This little box is perfect for storing royal treasures and jewels!

Search terms: princess and princesses, once upon a time, kings and queens, let's pretend, medieval, fort, fortress, tower, palace, imaginary play, pretend play.

  • Step 1Begin by giving your box a coat of white paint. Allow to dry. This is not essential but provides a good base for painting.
  • Step 2Paint your box light blue. Mix dark blue paint with white to create light blue. Allow to dry.
  • Step 3To create the towers, cut two rectangles from blue foam. Cut a castle top pattern from the top of each rectangle. Cut a small window from each tower. Cut two flags from red foam.
  • Step 4Roll your towers and secure with hot glue. Attach your flags with hot glue.
  • Step 5Paint silver bricks on your tower and box. Allow to dry.
  • Step 6Use a marker to draw a door, windows and castle roof top pattern on your box.
  • Step 7Attach the towers to your box with hot glue.
