Step 1Paint the wooden frame and stand with black paint and allow to dry. Add a second coat if needed and then allow to dry again.
Step 2Use a silver POSCA marker to add some text to your frame. You may wish to write the year, your name or even ‘Graduation’ or ‘Congratulations’. Use a fine point silver Sharpie to draw a line around the words so they are now encased in a bubble.
Step 3Fill the rest of your frame with patterns using the POSCA and Sharpie. You might like to do a repeating pattern, or you might like to try out lots of different patterns – it’s completely up to you! Don’t forget to decorate the frame stand as well. Allow to dry.
Step 4Once you’ve finished decorating, you can assemble your frame by sliding the stand into place at the bottom. Print your photo and glue or tape it into place at the back of the frame to complete your Metallic Patterned Graduation Frame!
