Star-Shaped Cat Frame

Step 1Paint your frame white. Allow to dry. This is not essential but provides a good base for painting.
Step 2Paint your frame in bright colours. We painted our cat’s belly white, its body purple, nose orange and paws yellow. Allow to dry.
Step 3Cut two small triangles from purple cover paper and attach to your cat’s head with glue. Attach two wiggle eyes to your cat’s face with glue. Allow to dry.
Step 4Use a marker to add detail to your frame.
Step 5Finally, choose a photo to pop into your frame. Trace around the inside edge of your frame onto your photo and use as a guide to cut out your subject. Tape your photo to the back of your frame.
When working with photos try photocopying your photos rather than cutting up an original!
