Super Dad Apron

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's Super Dad! Make this awesome apron for Dad so that he can disguise his super hero powers and pretend to be a regular Dad at the bbq. Watch Dad cook a sausage and then flip his apron around to become a cape and turn into Super Dad!

  • Step 1It’s best to pre-wash your apron before you start to decorate it. Allow to dry. Run the iron over it so that you have a nice smooth surface to work on.
  • Step 2Sketch out your design onto a piece of paper before you start to decorate your apron. Once you have a design, transfer it lightly onto your apron using a pencil. This is not essential, but helps with planning your design.
  • Step 3Use fabric markers to draw over your design on your apron.
  • Step 4After you are finished decorating your apron, allow the design to dry. Turn your apron over or cover with a piece of cotton fabric and iron your design using a low heat setting. Be careful not to iron directly onto your design.
