Step 1Clean your porcelain pot with soapy water and dry well. When applying the porcelain markers be careful not to be over generous as the paint can drip as it dries. Shake the markers well before use.
Step 2Sketch out your design onto a piece of paper before you start to decorate your pot. Look to our design above for inspiration or come up with your own.
Step 3Copy your design onto the pot with porcelain markers. Allow the markers and paint to dry for a minimum of 24 hours
Step 4Once dry, place the pot into a cold household oven. Once the temperature has reached 160°C, bake your plate for 90 minutes to heat set your design.
Remember, when baking your pot, DO NOT pre-heat the oven. The difference in tem-perature may cause your pot to crack. Instead, put your pot in a cold oven, then turn the oven on.
Step 6Fill your pot with soil and add a small succulent or herb. Don’t forget to water your plant and watch it thrive!
