Step 1 Cut out wings, feet and a beak from black cover paper, we have used the template provided as a guide. Adult supervision is recommend when using scissors.
Step 2 Decorate the feet and wings. We have dot painted using cotton filters with red and yellow paint. Allow to dry.
Step 3 Use a hot glue gun to attach the wings and feet to a pine cone. The pine cone will act as the Owl's body. Allow to dry.
Step 4 Cut out two circles with a diameter of 1.5cm from black cover paper. Cut small slits around the edges of both circles. Fold every second slit inwards.
Step 5 Glue a wiggle eye in the centre of each of the black circles. Glue the eyes and beak to the body. Allow to dry. You now have your very own owl like Dunbi!
