Halloween Slime

Step 1First up, let’s create the Frankenstein Jar for storing the slime! Use glue dots to attach 2x 1.5cm Wiggle Eyes to the front of the jar.
Step 2Take a black BRENEX circle and fold down over the lid of the jar to form hair. Hold in place with glue dots.
Step 3Take 2 of the cork stoppers and use the black permanent marker to colour them in. Use glue dots to attach to either side towards the bottom of the jar to create the bolts in Frankenstein’s neck. Your jar is now ready, so lets start on the slime!
You can store your slime in any sort of air-tight container or even a re-sealable bag!
Step 4Take a mixing bowl and pop on some gloves. Add the Clear Glue Gum to the bowl.
We have used 300ml which, when mixed with the Elmer’s Magical Liquid, will create enough slime to fill 2 jars.
Step 5Add a couple of drops of liquid watercolour to the glue and stir in completely. You can add more drops if you want to create a stronger colour.
Step 6Add a touch of sparkle to the slime with some gold glitter. Combine well.
Step 7Finally, add in a bag of 1cm wiggle eyes and stir in completely.
Step 8Follow the instructions on the Elmer’s Magical Liquid bottle to work out how much you’ll need. Add it slowly to the glue mixture, stirring as you go.
Step 9Once the slime has come together it’s time to get your hands dirty! Knead the slime into a ball, adding more Elmer’s Magical Liquid if needed.
Step 10When you are happy with your slime it’s time to play! Stretch it, squelch it and watch it ooze and goop! Once you are finished, simply put it into your Frankenstein jar with the lid on to keep it air-tight and ready for use next time.
